Client Database & Appointment Management
A centralised register of every client and job, linked automatically to their income history — built for trades and service businesses juggling multiple clients at once.
The UK Sole Trader Accounting Suite — Professional Edition brings your clients, income, expenses and HMRC-style reporting into one premium dashboard — built exclusively for UK sole traders who want structure, not a straitjacket.
Currently refining the product in a live pilot with a real UK sole trader business, ahead of a wider Phase 2 launch.
From 6 April 2026, HMRC's Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax becomes a legal requirement for UK sole traders and landlords earning over £50,000 — with lower thresholds following close behind. If you're still relying on shoeboxes of receipts, scattered spreadsheets, or "I'll sort it before the deadline," the ground is shifting fast, and it's shifting for everyone, not just the largest businesses.
Whichever threshold applies to you, the Suite gets your records MTD-ready long before the deadline forces the issue.
Six focused modules, designed to work together — so you stop juggling spreadsheets and start seeing the full picture. Every sheet is already built and every dashboard already calculating: you don't build the system, you simply use it.
A centralised register of every client and job, linked automatically to their income history — built for trades and service businesses juggling multiple clients at once.
Every payment logged against a client, category and tax quarter — automatically grouped in MTD-style periods as you go.
HMRC-aligned categories and an allowable-expense flag on every entry, so deductible costs are never buried in a spreadsheet tab.
A personal-finance layer, kept separate from the business — with a "safe to withdraw" indicator based on estimated tax owed.
Five dashboards and reports, built entirely from formulas so they update as you work: Master Dashboard, Personal Dashboard, Trade Dashboard, Annual I&E Report and HMRC Annual Summary.
A clearly-labelled estimate of your quarterly or annual figures, laid out like HMRC's own reporting — exportable as a PDF.
Estimate only. Never submitted on your behalf — you always file your own return.Staying on top of your financial and administrative reporting isn't a once-a-year job any more — this is what makes that easier, every day.
Every sheet is already built, every dashboard already calculating. You don't spend evenings designing formulas — you simply use it, from day one.
Categories, tax years and reporting layouts are built around how HMRC actually expects your figures — so nothing needs translating later.
Your household budget and owner drawings sit alongside your business figures — clearly separated, but never out of sight.
Professional and Premium packages include direct, personal support to tailor the Suite to your business — 30 or 90 days, from the developer.
Shoeboxes of receipts. Three different spreadsheets that don't talk to each other. An evening lost every month just finding out where the money went. Most sole traders don't have a bookkeeping problem — they have a scattered records problem, and it quietly eats hours every week.
The Suite exists to centralise that admin load into one place — your clients, your income, your expenses, your personal budget — so the time you spend on paperwork goes back to being minutes, not evenings.
Most accounting tools quietly push you toward handing your HMRC submission over to their system. The UK Sole Trader Accounting Suite deliberately doesn't — at launch, there's no API link to HMRC and no Government Gateway credentials stored anywhere in the product.
Instead, you get the organisation and forecasting benefit of Making Tax Digital–style record keeping, and a clear, exportable estimate of your figures — then you (or your accountant) decide exactly how and when to file.
Bring across your existing records or start fresh. Every client, income entry and expense lives in one place, categorised as you go.
Income, expenses and profit are grouped automatically into HMRC-style annual summaries — no manual pivot tables required. You simply post your daily appointments, transactions, client information, purchase and expenses and the live dashboards will formulate and summarise the rest of the work for you.
See an estimate of your quarterly or annual position, export it as a PDF, and hand it to your accountant — or use it yourself.
You submit your return through your own chosen method. The Suite informs the decision — it never makes it for you.
If you ever sell your business, you will have created a value stream of information and data for a potential buyer that beats any bank statement or financial report. This workbook holds the key to business market share for any sole trader–type operation.

Integrity Digital Solutions was founded to give UK sole traders something that didn't quite exist: a genuinely premium way to organise business finances, without being pushed into handing filing control to a piece of software.
The UK Sole Trader Accounting Suite began life as a working spreadsheet, refined during a live pilot with a real UK sole trader business. That pilot is now shaping a full web application — built the same way from here on: carefully, transparently, and with the trader firmly in charge.
It was built by a founder with over 25 years of corporate marketing and financial trade experience, combined with hands-on understanding of what small business owners actually struggle with — turning that experience into a system real sole traders can use without an accounting degree.
No hidden filing, no dark patterns, no pretending we're further along than we are.
HMRC-aligned categories, UK tax years, and UK GDPR consideration from day one.
Every feature is validated with a real sole trader before it reaches you.
Every early access member gets direct, one-to-one support to tailor the Suite to their own business — not a call centre.
No — and not by accident. The Suite deliberately has no API connection to HMRC and stores no Government Gateway credentials. It gives you a clear estimate of your figures; you (or your accountant) always submit the actual return yourselves.
From 6 April 2026, MTD for Income Tax is a legal requirement for UK sole traders and landlords earning over £50,000. Lower thresholds of £30,000 and £20,000 follow in 2027 and 2028 respectively — so even if you're under £50,000 today, it's worth getting organised well before your own threshold arrives.
Not at launch, by design. The Suite gives you MTD-style organisation now, while we validate the product with real users. Pursuing formal HMRC recognition is planned for a later phase, funded by early sales.
The product started as a refined spreadsheet during our pilot phase, and is now moving to a full web application — giving you a proper dashboard, login and secure storage instead of a workbook to manage.
We haven't finalised pricing yet — we're deciding between one-time and subscription pricing across the three packages above. Early access members get a say before public pricing is set, and founding-member rates once it is.
UK-based sole traders — freelancers, tradespeople and small service businesses — especially those approaching or above the MTD income threshold who've outgrown a plain spreadsheet but don't need a full accountancy platform.
We're onboarding a limited number of UK sole traders ahead of public launch. Tell us a little about your business and we'll be in touch directly — no spam, no mailing list, just a real conversation.
