1. Who these terms are with
These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and Integrity Digital Solutions LLP ("IDS", "we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales. By visiting this website, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing the UK Sole Trader Accounting Suite, you agree to these terms.
2. What the Suite is — and isn't
The UK Sole Trader Accounting Suite is a record-keeping and estimation tool, delivered as a workbook you use on your own device. It is designed to help you organise client records, income, expenses, and personal budgeting, and to produce a clearly-labelled estimate of your figures.
- The Suite is not a filing service. It has no API connection to HMRC and stores no Government Gateway credentials.
- It does not submit anything to HMRC on your behalf, automatically or otherwise.
- You remain solely responsible for reviewing your own figures and submitting your own tax returns, through your own chosen method — whether that's yourself or via an accountant.
- Figures shown in the HMRC Summary Report are estimates for your own use, and are not a substitute for professional accountancy or tax advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase the Suite. The Suite is intended for UK sole traders, landlords, and small businesses managing their own records.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling on our Pricing page and confirmed again at checkout. Each package is a single, one-time payment — there is no recurring subscription. Any time-limited discount (such as an early bird offer) applies only for the period stated on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by our payment partner; we do not see or store your full card details.
5. Digital delivery and your right to cancel
The UK Sole Trader Accounting Suite is delivered to you instantly as a digital download the moment your purchase is complete. As a consumer buying digital content online, the law would normally give you a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — but that right ends once you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you're giving up the right to cancel by doing so.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this: because you're receiving instant access to the full, working Suite, we're not able to offer a change-of-mind refund once it has been delivered to you.
If something is genuinely wrong with what you received — a faulty file, missing content, or the Suite not matching what's described on this site — email us at info@integritydigitalsolutions.co.uk and we'll put it right. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
6. Your licence to use the Suite
When you purchase a package, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that copy of the Suite for your own business (or, if you're an accountant/bookkeeper, for the single client business it was purchased for). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the workbook or its underlying formulas with third parties.
7. Support
Professional packages include 30 days, and Premium packages include 90 days, of personalisation assistance by email from the developer, starting from the date of purchase, to help tailor the Suite to your business. Support requests outside this window, or for issues unrelated to the Suite itself, may not be covered.
8. Your data stays yours
The client, income, expense, and other business data you enter into the Suite is stored locally in your own file, on your own device. We do not have access to it, and we do not require you to send it to us as a condition of using the product.
9. Intellectual property
The Suite's design, formulas, layout, branding, and this website are the intellectual property of Integrity Digital Solutions LLP and are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a licence to use the product as set out above — it does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to you.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or the Suite for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to misrepresent the Suite as an HMRC-recognised filing product.
11. Liability
The Suite is provided as a tool to support your own record-keeping — the accuracy of the figures it produces depends on the accuracy of what you enter into it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on estimates the Suite produces, or from your own tax filings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our product and business develop. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use the site or the Suite after an update means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
