Integrity Digital Solutions ("IDS", "we", "us") is committed to handling your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. In summary, once live, this policy will cover:

• What personal and business financial data the Suite stores, and why.
• That the product never transmits data to HMRC — no filing, no API connection.
• How long data is retained, and how you can request access, correction or deletion.
• Which third parties (e.g. hosting, email) may process data on our behalf, and under what safeguards.
• How to contact us with a privacy question or complaint.
